A bad guy. Gambler, pick-pocket, and low-life bum. Dirty double crosser. Jaded, heedless, wanton decadence, and conceit, infidelity. A scoundrel. Greedy lust for money. Blackmail. Loan shark. Tax fraud. Extortion.

Why: I am doing this because I have always loved All Dogs Go To Heaven. As I have gotten older I have started playing around with the idea of a human version of the movie. I have often felt that the storyline for All Dogs is one more suited for older audiences and that's what I plan on doing with my Charlie here.
Additionally, I will be playing around with his time-line some given that the original Charlie was three when he was murdered in the animated movie and that just doesn't work for a human gangster.
My Charlie has not been redeemed yet and so he still has his 'life watch' with him. It is a gold pocket watch on a gold chain instead of a blue ribbon. He has it clipped to his belt and he keeps the watch in his pocket.
